Delivery cost is £6.00 nationwide mail order with our external couriers, next day following order fulfilment. All orders over £60 are free of delivery charges.

Order processing takes place Monday through Thursday, for next day delivery via DPD courier. Order cut off for next day delivery is 1400, any orders received after 1400 Thursday will be processed and sent the following Monday. 

We cannot pre-empt delivery times as this will be allocated and arranged by DPD our nationwide couriers. 

Deliveries however will be A.M before 1200 Tuesday through Friday.

It is the customers responsibility to be at the property to receive parcel, please be aware when ordering of arrival date, outlined in the points above.

All meals will arrive in therma-guard, refrigerated packaging which is fully kerbside recyclable, the conditions that these meals are received are timed so please be aware of specified delivery

We cannot take responsibility for any packages not received on delivery and left with neighbour or agreed safe place.
