Our one day trial plan is perfect for anyone interested in finding out more about our meals and plans. Using this plan you will be able to sample just we have to offer here at Athlete Kitchen. How we structure each meal to match your goals and the superb quality and taste of our meals are second to none. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting out, whether your goal is to increase endurance and speed or build strength, we will create a meal plan to help you accomplish your performance goals.

Personalised portions: Each of your meals are measured to meet your calculated calorie count and to provide the macros needed to meet your fitness goals.

Delicious meals: You’ll receive fully-prepared, restaurant quality, nutritious, gourmet-quality meals that you’ll love! And when you love what you eat, you don’t have to cheat!

Ingredient-level customisation:Your customised menus and meals are based 100% on your likes and dislikes.

Tailored to your health and dietary requirements: Whether you’re gluten free, low sodium, heart healthy, or vegan, it’s never a problem we are here to help and build a diet to suit you!

Convenience: We do all the planning, shopping, and cooking, and deliver your meals fresh to your door. You don’t even need to be home.

We charge £4.95 for our daily delivery - just 99p per day
