Each Athlete Kitchen plan is specifically tailored to each individual. Using the information you provide us through our quick and easy application questionnaire, we can calculate your optimum calorie intake and macro breakdown per day to achieve your ultimate goal.

Unlike other outlets, we don’t give you a menu or option of meals to chose from. We formulate your plan around what you don’t like or want. Why? Lots of nutrients, vitamins and general good stuff is contained in foods you might not normally eat. Its human nature to stick to what you know, what your used to. In doing so, we can expand the range of food you eat, giving a better variety of meals and expanding your taste pallet to things you wouldn’t have normally tried, in turn benefitting for the increased benefits of eating these foods to you goal progression.

We do stress that all allergy requirements are clearly identified on the application at this time.
