Deliveries are fresh and daily split in to 2 runs dependant on your postcode. Cardiff is covered in the AM morning with the surrounding areas covered in the evening PM run, including RCT, Caerphilly, Neath, Baglan and Bridgend. Morning deliveries are Monday to Friday, evening deliveries Sunday through Thursday.
Our payment plans work in week blocks, so each new client will start on the following Monday. Cut off for the following Monday start is Saturday morning at 9am, anything after this time will roll onto the next Monday.
Not to worry, as the statement at the bottom of your menu suggests, menus are subject to individual preference, so a replacement will be put into your meals as opposed to the printed menu. Please be aware we have multiple clients on plans and menus are printed in bulk… portion size, calorie amount and preference determine the difference between clients.
Yes of course, we understand that work and social commitments can and will change. Many clients work from different locations, from home and office. We can accommodate this by liaising with our delivery team, within reason of course!
Our staff are only human so we make sure they benefit from the bank holiday as well! We operate Sunday through Thursday so the kitchen staff will get the Sunday off for the bank holiday breaks, meaning that we are back in and ready for Tuesday supply. Delivering Monday evening and Tuesday morning for these days. These days missed off plan will be given back to the customer in lieu, not adjusted via monetary refunds etc.
We look to operate within an hour delivery window per customer but please understand that this can be heavy dependant on some important factors, some of which are out of our control. Client volume dependant on time of year, traffic between drops, mechanics and kitchen cook times, but we do our very best to keep to the arranged windows.
Not on the standard plan but we do cater for this preference! Please make us aware of this on application and we can order specific halal products from our certified supplies, prepared and cooked separately at our facility.
