Delivery
Please be aware of our drop-down available delivery options for each order purchase for both fresh and frozen meal provision. Pick up in store over 2 locations (HQ Llanharan & Ak Ufit Cardiff) & daily delivery.
Frozen Meal Delivery
We deliver frozen meals Monday to Thursday, with next-day delivery available for all orders placed before 12pm (midday) the day prior.
Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be processed the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Nationwide Delivery
If you’re located outside a 10-mile radius of our Llanharan HQ, your order will be delivered via our trusted logistics partner, DPD.
Once collected from our depot, you’ll receive email and SMS notifications, with full tracking available until drop-off.
⚠️ Please note:
It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
Athlete Kitchen is not liable for missed deliveries, packages left unattended, or items spoiled due to non-attendance.
All boxes are shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated liners and are tested to arrive frozen before 12pm.

Delivery Costs & Storage
Shipping is charged at £6 per 10kg, which covers approx. 25 meals.
Meals should be placed directly into your freezer upon arrival.
When ready to eat, ensure each meal is fully defrosted, then heat on full power until piping hot throughout.
