Delivery Information

OK so here goes... our delivery routes are split into 2 different runs. The morning run, that covers Cardiff City and the evening run, which covers everything outside; Bridgend, Barry, Rhondda Cynon Taff and Caerphilly.

Delivery times work as closely to each individual customer preference as possible, looking to work within an hour window specified by them on consultation following sign up. If a specific time isn't specified, the address drop off will be worked into the existing route where appropriate. 

We understand that customers commitments be it work or social can vary from week to week and so times of deliveries can be changed through notes made on each individuals online account or by liaising with the delivery driver on that route. 

As you can understand all deliveries are weather and traffic dependant, but we commit to getting your meal deliveries to you within your delivery window. Notification of problems will be made through social media outlets and email/telephone communication.

Many customers opt. to arrange a safe place or cool storage external to the property for convenience. This can be arranged using the the notes section when purchasing your subscription and in future you can use your subscription account to update your address should you need to change the delivery address. 

Plans start periodically each week on a Monday in coherence with the weekly payment blocks. Monthly plans work over a 4 week rotation starting on a Monday also.

All successful applications made prior to 2100hrs on a Friday will start the following Monday. Any application made there after will start the following Monday.

All Athlete Kitchen plans are totally flexible and our new platform is set up so that you are in control of your plan. There is a minimum of one additional payment required following the initial payment, before customers can cancel a subscription of any type. Payments are always taken in advance of the week/months plan to be provided. 

The new customer account function on this website allows each client to create their own personal profile. From here you can change between plans or simply skip a week or double up a day in line with work or vacation. Please be aware the system is limited to only skipping weeks/months currently, not days.
