Please be aware of our drop-down available delivery options for each order purchase for both fresh and frozen meal provision. Pick up in store over 2 locations (HQ Llanharan & Ak Ufit Cardiff) & daily delivery.

Fresh Plans

We believe all plans should be fresh, daily delivered, not only to get the best possible taste and flavour from the food we provide and the meals you receive, but also to get the best possible nutrient content from your plan. Goal driven plans, to help you achieve your perfect shape, body or just simply make your day flow a lot easier.

That said, our delivery team works tirelessly to make sure we can provide this service. Daily delivery, either in the morning or early evening (postcode dependant) containing the provision of calories in your plan for that specific day.

Starting your plan for the first time
All new plans start with the new week on the next available Monday. Orders are correlated through the week, up until our cut off of 9pm Saturday evening for the following Monday start. Plans work in week blocks and always begin on a Monday unless a bank holiday where this will start the Tuesday, the lost day added to the end of that week as a double on Friday to cover the Saturday.

What if I’m in work? All our morning deliveries kick off at 5am so we can get to as many people as possible before they’re work day starts.

Have a cut off time you need to leave by? Please email this info to hello@athletekitchen.co.uk or add a note to your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Evenings deliveries kick off between 3-giving you chance return home for collection.

Workaholic? Let’s arrange a safe place we can leave your meal bag, again simply email the mailbox listed above or add a small note to your order. Garage, shed, cool box or the like.

Following your first delivery, our drivers will be able to provide a more accurate time following on that week.

Frozen

Our frozen meals are next day delivery with a 2pm cut off per day, Monday to Thursday processing for the next day delivery. All South Wales deliveries within the outlined regions listed above will be delivered by the AK delivery team, outside of this our logistic partners will provide a tracked service.

Note: it is the customers responsibility to be at the property at time of delivery, with our logistics partner. We (Athlete Kitchen) cannot take responsibility of packages left or spoilt due to this not being adhered to.

Please be aware, times and deliveries can be affected daily by seasonal weather, traffic and accidents and volume of clients on plan at any one time. We do our very best to ensure we provide the best possible service in delivering your meals, please don’t hesitate in contacting us or liaising with your driver about an issues.
